I am passionate in supporting you to feel your best through optimal nutrition with a realistic and personalised approach. I aim to empower you with the knowledge and tools to make lasting changes to your diet and lifestyle.

Are you experiencing abdominal pain, bloating, constipation, diarrhoea, excess wind or heartburn? I will provide guidance and support by suggesting dietary changes depending on individual symptoms. 

DIABETES and HEART HEALTH
Are you concerned about diabetes whether newly diagnosed, living with diabetes or keen to prevent this long term condition? I can advise on dietary changes to improve blood glucose control as well as general health and wellbeing. Or worried about high cholesterol levels? I can advise on improving your diet for a healthy heart.

WEIGHT MANAGEMENT 
Fed up of dieting and feeling fatigued and hungry? I will help you to find enjoyment eating again and break the cycle of yoyo dieting by making small, realistic and sustainable changes.
